When we look back over the year in ministry, it is so encouraging. Attendance, both online and in-person is up. Community involvement is way up and our congregation is increasingly living into its motto of being a church with a heart in the heart of Nashua. Giving is steady and several of our pledgers have given ahead of schedule. We're receiving new members in a couple weeks. And yet, this is a challenging end-of-year financially for the church because utility costs and other expenses beyond our control have skyrocketed. Electricity is up $6K, sewage is up $2K, gas and insurance are all up.
So if you can make a second-mile gift to help pay the bills for this ministry in the expensive heart of Nashua, please do. And as soon as possible. Our Treasurer, Phyllis, gets really nervous this time of year trying to make ends meet and the last Sunday of the year is on Dec 31 (which is too late for her books). So anything you can give to get us to our goal is appreciated.
Blessings,
Pastor Kelly
